Beans
Every cup begins here.
Green beans arrive at our partner factory in Puyang. Each coffee in the collection starts with its own origin and flavor profile.

Roasting
Heat shapes the character.
The beans are roasted, cooled and checked for color. Roast profiles differ across the collection; see each product for its stated roast.
- 01Roasting drum: the beans meet controlled heat.
- 02Cooling: the next step after roasting.

Grind
Beans become grounds.
We grind before brewing. In the principle view, beans enter through the hopper, pass through the grinding mechanism and leave as grounds for extraction.
- 01Hopper: guides beans into the grinder.
- 02Burrs: reduce beans to smaller particles.
- 03Chute: carries grounds to the next step.

Cold brew
Give water and coffee time.
Ground coffee is extracted in cold water. Filtration separates the spent grounds from the liquid before the extract moves to freeze-drying.
The tanks hold the extraction; filtration separates solids and liquid. These are different jobs in the process.
